Please read these terms carefully. This document outlines the rules, responsibilities, and rights associated with being a Direct Seller for Greviaa Private Limited.

1. IMPORTANT DEFINITIONS (IN SIMPLE WORDS)

ConsumerA person who buys products or services for personal use, not for resale.
Greviaa / CompanyGreviaa Private Limited, a legal direct selling company (not a pyramid or money circulation scheme).
Direct SellingSelling Greviaa products directly to customers through a network of independent sellers.
Direct Seller / GR HolderAn independent distributor authorized by Greviaa to sell its products after KYC approval.
GR NumberA unique ID given to every approved Direct Seller.
Branch OfficeAny office officially recognized by Greviaa (not a distributor’s personal office).
Saleable ProductsProducts that are unused, unexpired, and in good condition for resale.
Mis-sellingGiving false, misleading, or incomplete information about products or income.
Cooling-off PeriodA time during which the Direct Seller can cancel the agreement without penalty.
Bonus / CommissionIncome earned from product sales as per the company’s marketing plan (not referral fees).
ProspectA person who is invited to join Greviaa as a Direct Seller.
TeamA group of Direct Sellers built under one seller’s network.
Pyramid SchemeIllegal schemes where income depends on recruitment rather than product sales (Greviaa does NOT operate this way).
WebsiteOfficial website: https://greviaa.com and authorized mobile app.
Goods / ProductsAll wellness and other approved products marketed by Greviaa.
ServicesServices provided by Direct Sellers as authorized by Greviaa.
DeficiencyAny shortcoming or negligence in product quality or service delivery.

2. HOW TO BECOME A DIRECT SELLER (INDUCTION PROCESS)

A. OFFLINE PROCESS

To join as a Direct Seller:

  • Applicant must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to sign a contract.
  • Applicant must submit KYC documents, such as:
    • PAN Card
    • Address proof
    • ID proof
    • Bank details
    • GST / Trade License (if applicable)
  • Greviaa will:
    • Verify documents and background
    • Provide training, product catalogues, and marketing materials
  • After approval: GR Number, ID card, and website login are issued.
  • Greviaa may reject an application if:
    • Documents are incomplete, fake, or incorrect
    • Applicant is involved in suspicious or illegal activity
  • Applicant must confirm:
    • Attendance at training
    • No criminal conviction in the last 5 years
  • No joining fee.
  • No compulsory product purchase.

B. ONLINE PROCESS

To join online:

  • Fill the online application form.
  • Upload scanned KYC documents.
  • Accept the agreement using:
    • OTP
    • Digital signature
    • Scanned signature
  • Download the agreement from the website.
  • After acceptance: A unique GR Number and password are issued.
  • Within 30 days, the Direct Seller must submit hard copies of:
    • Signed agreement
    • KYC documents
    • Application form
  • Greviaa can cancel the GR Number if documents are later found to be fake or unsatisfactory.

3. MORATORIUM PERIOD (FIRST 15 DAYS)

  • For the first 15 days after signing, the Direct Seller may cancel the agreement.
  • A valid reason must be submitted online and through a written letter.
  • Greviaa will review and confirm the request.
  • Any financial adjustment (refund or payment) will be done based on transactions during this period.
  • This period is also considered part of the cooling-off period.

4. NOMINATION

  • Every Direct Seller must provide nominee details.
  • Nominee KYC is mandatory.
  • If nominee details are missing, the application may be rejected.

5. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (30 DAYS)

  • The Direct Seller can cancel the agreement within 30 days of signing.
  • Cancellation must be informed via:
    • Email
    • Registered post
    • Speed post
  • Products bought during this period:
    • Can be returned if unused and unopened
    • Refund or credit voucher issued within 30 days
  • If the Direct Seller earned any income during this period:- The amount must be returned to Greviaa
  • Any fees paid by the Direct Seller (if applicable):
    • Will be refunded after returning products (only sealed products)
    • Taxes like TDS or GST may be deducted

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIRECT SELLER

The Direct Seller agrees that:

  • They have read and understood the agreement.
  • They clearly understand:
    • Marketing plan
    • Compensation structure
    • Incentive limitations
  • They are not relying on false promises or unofficial claims.
  • They will avoid mis-selling or misleading customers.

7. SALES INCENTIVES & COMMISSION

  • Earnings are based only on product sales.
  • Income depends on:
    • Personal sales
    • Team sales (as per marketing plan)
  • Sales are allowed across India.
  • There are no area or territory restrictions.

8. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL (COMPLAINT HANDLING)

  • Any complaint must be submitted:
    • In writing
    • Or through the company website
  • Every complaint gets a unique tracking number.
  • Greviaa aims to resolve issues within 45 days.
  • Grievance contact details are available on the official website.

Final Note

Greviaa Private Limited operates a legal, transparent, and ethical direct selling business fully compliant with Indian laws.

There are no entry fees, no forced purchases, and no illegal recruitment-based income.
