ConsumerA person who buys products or services for personal use, not for resale.
Greviaa / CompanyGreviaa Private Limited, a legal direct selling company (not a pyramid or money circulation scheme).
Direct SellingSelling Greviaa products directly to customers through a network of independent sellers.
Direct Seller / GR HolderAn independent distributor authorized by Greviaa to sell its products after KYC approval.
GR NumberA unique ID given to every approved Direct Seller.
Branch OfficeAny office officially recognized by Greviaa (not a distributor’s personal office).
Saleable ProductsProducts that are unused, unexpired, and in good condition for resale.
Mis-sellingGiving false, misleading, or incomplete information about products or income.
Cooling-off PeriodA time during which the Direct Seller can cancel the agreement without penalty.
Bonus / CommissionIncome earned from product sales as per the company’s marketing plan (not referral fees).
ProspectA person who is invited to join Greviaa as a Direct Seller.
TeamA group of Direct Sellers built under one seller’s network.
Pyramid SchemeIllegal schemes where income depends on recruitment rather than product sales (Greviaa does NOT operate this way).
